MARIE ROSE   (THE SHORT VERSION)

My Italian heritage along with my Catholic education lie at the very core of my being, and now that I am in the winter season of my life, I reminisce with tremendous gratitude to Almighty God for having blessed me with the most valuable gift of faith.   There is nothing of more worth in this world that will enable you to live the most complete personhood possible, save the experience of God walking with you every moment. From the beautiful dawnings of happiness to the scary and anxious moments of darkest nights, for life does bring to us all such great joy or tremendous sorrow when we least expect it… to experience those ups and downs with God’s help is truly the best and only way to live.

A curious thirst for knowledge drove my childhood to be an avid reader and ultimately directing me to a career as a Librarian. The descent of Motherhood overtook me with such jubilation, I returned to academia to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education in order to be the most perfect Mother possible, for I really didn’t know where to begin!  Premature widowhood ended the dream life until a resurrection to new goals with my young children to raise, had me purchasing a private school. Education has always been in the forefront of my life and combined with writing skills, is my current mode of communicating the lessons of life learned.

It is my blessed privilege to live in a small, four-season mountain community, contemplating the natural and supernatural worlds... the culmination of my heart’s desire… Thanks be to Almighty God!
