“Don't worry about anything;

instead, pray about everything.

Tell God what you need,

and thank Him for all he has done.”

 (Philippians 4:6)

Dear Friends –

The Great Artist has once again swept His brush of vibrant autumn colors across my mountain community and I am left spellbound.  The natural world has exploded with sunlight brilliance that can only shock one into looking at His majestic powers with wonderment… such beauty. Why?  The bounty of the garden from our recent harvest was a vivid reminder of His capacity from Creation’s time to feed and nourish us with the most delectable of treats.  One seed, embedded with all the necessary elements for growth, brings forth fruit with many more seeds for endless productivity… how ingenious!  Divine Intelligence shines through any natural discipline you want to examine… what mortal could create a reproducing seed?  Illogical thinkers conclude that accidental cause evolves perfection; such uneducated minds closed to God’s magnificent reality, refuse to give Him credit for originating the natural, but then, how was beauty created if not by a Supreme Being with such a tremendous love for His Creation, that He made spiritual pleasure surpass natural need in His priorities for life!  Beauty is never accidental; it is the purposeful product of loving creative ingenuity derived from the Original Source of all life, the omnipotent, eternal, beautiful God.  Beauty fills the soul and uplifts our dreary spirits far beyond the satisfaction of a full belly… we must have beauty… and God knew that.

When you gather around the Thanksgiving Day table and overindulge on all the fantastic flavors offered, you may at some point take turns expressing what you are most grateful for from God.  After the children have named their favorite material treasure, the adults at the table have the opportunity to educate the children on the many gifts Almighty God has bestowed on us in the supernatural realm. Remind them of the gorgeous sunset experienced last night or the northern lights seen last month. Expand their recognition of beauty to the other intangibles like joy, love or the happiness felt at a specific occurrence as simple as the greeting from the family dog.  Make it clear to them that these intangibles are a gift from God just as much as the turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie they ate, for all of this, every single thing good, derives existence from the hands of Almighty God. “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.”  (James 1:17) Elicit their expressing examples of beauty after your prompting with butterflies, rainbows, and the gorgeous changing colors on the fall trees; you will be developing their recognition of God in their daily life.

Every family has needs that will become the center of individual or family prayer. Children not only learn the reality of God by what He did in creation, but what He can currently do as an eternal loving Heavenly Father through their prayer life with Him.  Remind your children you are not infallible, but He is; that you always want to help them and be with them, but that too is impossible, but nothing is impossible for God and He is always with them.  Teach them through word and example: “Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He does.”  Once your child experiences the reality of God through prayer answered unquestionably by Him, your Thanksgiving Day celebrations will take on a true appreciation and gratitude for His blessings.  God is love, and love is beautiful, and beauty is God made visible.

SHAME ON YOU EVILDOERS

 NONBELIEVERS

To those who don’t believe in God, I have very little patience for they are for the most part lazy, egotistical, illiterate buffoons, who deliberately lack education on all things Godly.  Christianity has survived throughout all of history’s attempts to annihilate it and has proven with one argument after another the fallacies of being an atheist or agnostic.  Baptism at birth or in early childhood allows for Christian education to mature right along with the child; that steadfast growth of morality imbues a strong sense of right and wrong that can stay with the person, even when as an adult they may leave the church.  Consequently, we can have a lot of “good” people roaming the earth, however, they have broken the First Commandment and replaced God with another god of their own making… selfishness, success, power, etc.  These sinners have removed themselves from membership in God’s family to one of material existence seeking independence from religious restrictions.  Overtly or covertly, they have become nonbelievers and prey to the devil’s power of corruption who delights in overtaking those no longer under God’s protection.  Ironically, the devil is a believer, because Satan is a fallen angel he knows the reality of God for sure, thus, to capture and make evil those children of God that he can, is his prime objective… to steal away souls from God.

Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to rejecting God because you haven’t got time for Him.  In any desired relationship it takes time to learn about each other, and it is no different with Almighty God… you must make an effort to know and understand Him and He will cooperate with any sincere effort… a personal relationship with God is possible to establish. Nonbelievers are lazy, illiterate bums who most definitely have heard of God, heaven and hell,  Jesus Christ and His birth, crucifixion, and resurrection, The Bible, The Ten Commandments, that unrepentant sinners go to hell, and on and on, because The Word of God has completely covered this earth. No one can escape that, and when any aspect of His magnificence can’t penetrate or spark curiosity in the thick skull of a nonbeliever, that dolt is so self-absorbed, and with irrational reasoning, they think the Supremacy of any Being to themselves is of no consequences.  That deranged logic will place them in hell eternal to eventually learn the lessons they refused to learn on earth.  Shame on the closed-minds never curious about the Magnificent God that gave them life.

God has made education to His Being available through the natural and supernatural.  Bible study and church attendance provides through reputable theologians, the essentials of the Christian faith necessary for salvation.  Creation was God’s first miracle and while He may have rested on the seventh day, He DID NOT RETIRE and has taken an active and visible role throughout all the pages of history.  The Old Testament recounts His direct interactions with those first peoples while the New Testament details the life and teachings of His Son, Jesus Christ.  The life of Christ has been validated over and over again starting with the Apostles, Martyrs, and Saints all of whom were compelled to share and die for the Truth they witnessed.  Christ has continued relationships with personal dialogues just as the Blessed Virgin Mary is responsible for converts through her many apparitions, particularly at Lourdes and Fatima where well-documented miracles continually happen.  The Shroud of Turin has undergone extensive testing and survived every conflicting scrutiny possible to finally be established as the burial cloth of Jesus Christ wherein lies the miraculous image of His crucified body.  The wounds of His crucifixion have been transferred to over sixty holy people since Saint Francis of Assisi was disclosed as the first Stigmatic.  Replication of the crown of thorns or the blood flow from the nailed hands or feet that holy men and women have suffered, have all been verified and authenticated beyond doubt with Padre Pio being one of the most recently known and shared for public scrutiny.  Who are these Stigmatists emulating if not Jesus Christ?  Proof of God’s reality and eternal existence is everywhere… Shame On The deaf, dumb, and blind nonbelievers who reject Him…  their foolish lives are destined for hell.
